National Family Law Conference in Perth

We attended the 20th National Family Law Conference in Perth from 30 October – 1 November 2024 with over 1,300 delegates from around Australia and abroad. 

The Conference was a valuable opportunity to hear from the Attorney-General, Judges and leading members of the profession about the topical issues facing family law practitioners and the wider community, including ongoing initiatives to combat family violence, further impending changes to the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) and the future role of artificial intelligence in family law.

The Conference was also a fantastic opportunity to connect with our wonderful family law colleagues, as well as the many accountants, valuers, family report writers and other professionals who assist us throughout the year.
