Family Law Section Family Law Intensive, Melbourne 2024

On 4 May 2024, Serein Family Law attended the Law Council of Australia, Family Law Section, Family Law Intensive at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.  In addition to re-capping the “latest and greatest” cases from the previous 12 months, the Conference was an excellent opportunity to consider the implications of the amendments to the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) due to take effect on 6 May 2024.
