IAFL Asia Pacific Chapter Meeting, Brisbane 2024

Our Managing Director and IAFL Fellow, Renee Stockley, had the pleasure of attending the IAFL Asia Pacific Chapter Meeting in Brisbane from 21 - 23 February 2024.

The Chapter Meeting provided an opportunity to connect and collaborate with prominent international family lawyers, judicial officers and academics from the region and beyond.  Highlights included important discussions about systemic responses to family violence, Hague Convention developments, approaches to cross-border pre-nuptial agreements and learning more about legal pluralism in the South Pacific region.
