International Family Law Symposium, Brisbane 2024

Our Renee Stockley and Hadar Kotler attended the International Family Law Symposium hosted by the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) in conjunction with LAWASIA at Dexus Place in Brisbane on 20 February 2024.

The Symposium featured international expert speakers from 12 jurisdictions across the globe discussing topical issues in international family law, such as recognition of same sex marriage, trends in shared parenting arrangements and trends in matrimonial property regimes.

We extend our thanks to the IAFL, LAWASIA and all speakers for this fantastic event.
